By: Ben Smith Subject: More on templates BTW - There's a new set of template functions that's compiled into the PHP language itself, and uses a very efficient parsing mechanism. Even when using VERY complex loops, my testing shows that it's faster than echo(), without caching! It's many times faster than Smarty templates.
