thanx to the list.

the only thing that i can have to do,
was download the file libxml from this site:

http://www.zlatkovic.com/projects/libxml/libxml2-2.5.7.win32.zip

>> then you have to copy the files to win\sys32 directory

dont forget copy the php4ts.lib file too.
