Subject: error in html?

sorry this is not about the xml, the xsl, the php or the cocoon; but it's worth mentioning just the same.

Maybe I fell asleep and woke up in the bizzaro world, but last time I checked you could not have an <h1> tag inside a <p> tag.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but if I am, I'm returning my design credentials right here and now. No matter how you slice it, there is no logic to having a header inside of a paragraph.
