Hi,

Itīs a good article, but in metter of facts, Cascading Style Sheets(CSS) is the tecnology that better handle this topic.

Itīs clear, fast, client-side and very easy to implement. Database for this? No, thanks. All data application is for the business tier, not for the presentation one.
