Subject: XML declaration error : ( help me out.....

hi there,

i copy pasted the code in a php file and then the xml in the same directory but when i tried to execute the code i got this error-


XML error: xml declaration not at start of external entity at line 4

i m a student who has recently learnt php and xml and i m doing a project to read an xml file thru php, take the contents and dump them in appropriate fields in a database.

and i could not understand the last line of the tutorial of the wget cron thing? why is it required?

Could any wizard out there please help me out here?
