Subject: Two-way (dual master) replication

This is only possible if you have no auto-increment fields. If you do, then replication will keep failing. I know this from experience in a setup which used a local director to handle failover support.

Scenario: Server A assigns auto-increment value of 1 for a query. Server A deemed inaccessible by local director. Server B assigns same auto-increment value since it wasn't in sync at that moment. Server A reads binary log from B and can't insert due to duplicate value for primary key.

i.e. Don't use this setup. I know of no way round it at present.
