Subject: Emailing form not sending

I am using the code you provided above with one code modification:

mail ("info@conceptsanimated.com", "Website Email", $message, $extra);

I've changed the "noone@nowhere.com" to our email address.

I get my thank you page to show up (changed that code:<form name="form" method="post" action="Thanks.php"> just for testing purposes for now), but the email will not send. Any suggestions?
