Subject: PHP-mysql help needed

Hello sir,

I am working on an online questionnaire which needs to display each question at a time from the database when the user clicks the begin test button.
Can you please let me know how to access the database row and echo out the question from the database when the user clicks the submit button? Also how to increment and display the next row when the submit button is clicked again?

Please help me out to solve it.
