write access with XP and apache

I havent wrote code to test but I am trying to install some scripts that need write access to the directories and they are not working because of that. :confused:
I got php4.2.2 installed as module and apache 1.3.x installed running as a service on Windows XP

Any idea how to set the write access for the directories for PHP/APACHE?

I am logged in with administrator permissions.

There isn't any need to set write access in windows, it isn't like *nix.
