Environment : WindowsXP Pro, Apache 2.0.40, PHP Dev 4.3
ok now, here's the problem. I just installed the latest PHP version from snaps.php.net. I do not have a php.ini file in the c:/winnt directory, yet when I run the file with phpinfo() in it, the page still comes up, and at the top it says I'm running PHP 4.1.2, and the php.ini path says c:\winnt, but I'm positive I do not have that file there. I even installed the latest stable 4.2.2 version and still it did the same thing.
