i have installed php in windows xp and when i double click on a php file nothing happens a box quickly appears and disappears, i was wondering if anyone has had this problem before and if they have can help me out, thanks, dave

Apache is working fine after making it load the PHP with the cgi rather than sapi cause i dont think it could fin the module.c thing. BUt when i try to open a PHP page from another comp, nothing happens. HTML works fine the normal way though.

i believe i installed php fine because when i open a page the page appears but there's nothing on the page its just all white... any help? please im begging for help!!!

I'm using apache-2.0.40 + php-4.2.3 now, it works very well, just like apache-2.0.36 + php-4.2.1.

But before php-4.2.3, apache-2.0.40 cannot work with php-4.2.1 and php-4.2.2 because some APIs were changed in apache-2.0.40, I believe in php-4.2.3 some adjustments had done.
