php_gd.dll for PHP 4.2.1

hi, i have problems when loading the php_dg.dll, i did everything that is told in the forums: i modyfied the php.ini file, i have put the php_gd.dll file in all the folders that its supose to work, i have modified the extension_dir path in the ini file, but it still not working. I have the PHP version 4.2.1 and the dll is for the 4.0.4 version, and this may be the problem.
where i can take a dll version for PHP4.2.1???????

Tha dll is included in the official distribution. You can find it in the extension dir. Download it at www.php.net

wath did you mean with "you can find it in the extension dir", because i download the 4.2.2 version for windows and have installed it but there is no extension dir.
