request in placing a service

Hi There,

I'm going to be coming out with an online database creation tool called relatebase.com. I've used your forum for about a year now, and am interested in your advertising the product. I don't have a tremendous budget for this, but would like to talk numbers with you.

The service also will allow a user to configure a shopping cart for their site and is better and more elegant than what I've seen out there.
