Looking for a PHP Bulletin Board which uses only sessions and no cookies

does anyone know of a bulletin board which uses only sessions and not cookies

i know vb uses cookies

but i need one for my college cuz in my college internet lab they have blocked cookies and if i set up a bb my pals cant use it
