is anyone familiar with the following enviroment?

-Dreamweaver MX, using
-Phakt Server Model, and
-PHP4,
-Apache Server for testing and
-Oracle 8i Personal Edition database,,,on a Windows
2000 machine.

any help,,,please!!!!
