Howdy folks jazz from downunder here

Found the forums through google;)

Okay have a project to get some specific forums up and running. They tell me l can use one of Invision, vBulletin, or wBB. Currently trying to get software running on Win2k Pro test machine and am going to need a lot of help with about everything.

Total newbie to this stuff and am learning as l go.

So far have Apache, PHP, and MySQL installed and running. Unfort now have some configuration problems which l'm hoping for help on, before turning to PHP coding issues.

Thanks Liz, get ready for a whole lot of questions (figure once l know some stuff l can even try answering)...

Currently fighting an Apache issue. May have to uninstall everything and attempt to go one step at a time, now that l have found a place that covers this sort of stuff :(

I've learned a lot by 'eavesdropping' on other's posts and reading the replies... you can learn so much even if you aren't actively participating :)

I think you will find quite a few other Aussies on here that you can commisserate with also :)
