New article notifications

I added an article notifications option to the control panel profile section. Currently, it looks like it's broken when updating, but works when registering.

I'm going to take a look at it tomorrow and see if I can give it a temp fix until Jelsoft fixes it in future releases.

Anyway, wanted to post this, in case anyone was wondering.

You should have rec'd 2 notices since I posted this.

If not, can you send your email address to the staff alias and I'll make sure it's in the DB? I tested it pretty thoroughly, and the correct amount of emails did go out, but I didn't check individual addresses, just th count.
