PHP installation problems on Windows No DLLS

Hi,
I am facing problems trying to install PHP on Windows NT for Apache.

I've downloaded the Windows binary from http://www.php.net/downloads.php.

After unzipping php-4.3.1-Win32.zip I do not find any .dll files like php4ts.dll. Instead there are 2 lib files php4ts.lib and php4embed.lib.

Installation instructions refer to all the .dlls but these are not to be found in the binaries downloaded from http://www.php.net/downloads.php.

please help.

There weren't any .dll files anywhere inside?

There should be an entire /dlls/ directory, as well as /sapi/.
php4ts.dll should be in the main directory.

Try downloading from a different mirror.
