Depends. Weekends, or weekdays? On weekdays, about 4-5 most of the time. Weekends, it can be as much as 16... :P

TRY to sleep 8 hours at least.. But between a 40-hour job, and evening-PhP/MySQL playing-wine drinking-bar-hopping.. Nope. 24-hours just isn't enough. End up sleeping about 6 per night. With extremes like last night (8 1/2) and thursday (4).

But well, that is why you have a "normal"job right? To fall asleep behind your PC?

If i have a project that im wrapped up in id try and goto bed earlish. but ends up that its early in the morning. and get about 3-4hrs sleep and slam myself back down again to try and finish

Otherwise its anywhere between 7-8hrs. Depending if im really tired.

I'd average 3-4 hrs sleep most week nights. Usually longer on weekends though. Weekdays I'm up at 6am to get to work by 7:30, and work through until 5:30-6pm, get home, grab something to eat, then off to do something else, be it sports, music, friends etc. Get tired of sitting in front of a computer all day at work, so I try and avoid it straight afterwards. I usually get home from whatever I'm doing around 11-12, and jump on the computer then, play some games or work on some personal projects and then head off to sleep around 2-3am. 24hrs isn't enough :p

But there again, a certain little daughter likes to keep me awake most nights - lucky for her she sleeps during the day !!

More like 5hrs max... (unless coding till early hours... then about 3...)

I can handle 4 to 5 hrs of sleep pretty good... But not the entire week.. I'd be dead by fridays then... So I mostly try to get a descent 6 to 7 hrs of sleep :)
