I want to deal with Perl, so I want to inform me if there is any good forum including tips for novices to experts, exactly like this one!

No, no.. that's why it was the best language on the net until PHP came along.
PERL is a great language, don't dis (south side, represent?) it unless you have a good reason.

just messing with ya Mordecai, not trying to start ANOTHER PHP vs. PERL argument, i have used PERL also, and it was kinda great for web until PHP got their $#!7 together, and now PERL is like the red-headed step child to me, wouldn't use it again unless there were some crazy intranet stuff going on dealing with text and such, PERL has its place, but IMHO, PHP has it beat out on the web

mod_perl is quote nice actually, and very comparable to PHP. Perl has a few things PHP is still missing, and is much more established on the command line too.

Perl has a much cooler community, theres a lot more Perl poems out there than there are PHP poems :-)
