I get this error when I boot up, any ideas of what could be causing, or where I can look to figure out?

It's not a Windows thing, it's a program you have running.
Check the processes, then check what's what's missing when you press "Okay."
To get processes, press Control+Alt+Delete and go to Task Manager (you might only have to press Control+Alt+Delete).

thanks, I did what you said and narrowed it down to the process that starts, see image....I have no idea what it is though. How can I find out?

I've no clue. I even searched Google for it, and it returned nothing. Since it's trying to download something when you start up, it's probably something you want to get rid of (i.e. a virus, but I doubt it'd warn you). Try searching for it through your files, and see what directory it's in. If it's in Program Files somewhere, it'll probably have the program's name somewhere.

Hope this helps.
