Total Newb

Hey everyone, im a total newbie to php.. im a lotus notes developer by day and a basic web designer by night, looking to branch into php, mostly need to figure out how to maintain image galleries and stuff like that at first, ettccccc... What do you recommend as the best book to get started with?

Personally, I recommend Beginning PHP4 by Wrox... although there are several good books out there.

I would recommend:

PHP Bible 2nd Ed.

I started off with PHP Bible for the "basics" then went to PHP and MySQL (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?isbn=067232525X) to learn database interaction. Worked great for me.
