Hi
What do you think of my adapted PHPbb? It is ment to be a UK copy of Experts-Exchange.com
http://hollyfield.port5.com/php or http://www.expert-help.tk
thanks

Well, the first time I clicked on one of the links you supplied, I got an SQL error, but the second time it worked. Also, it does take a long time to load up, and I'm sitting at work with a 2Mb/s connection. It takes a very long time to load each page, too. You might want to re-think your hosting at the moment.
On the plus side, it looks very nice and seems easy to navigate around.

Thanks for your reply
THe reason for this is because the first domain was direct to my webhost and the second was going to my webhost through the dot.tk servers which takes ages..
I have just bought a domain which should fix this :)

Even when clicking on the first link (the one thats not the .tk one), it's still v v slow.

The portland link was much faster. As for the .tk link, why not have just a redirect without frames? That would probably be faster.

Well I have just purchased http://www.expertshelp.com and so hope its faster... dot.tk doesn't allow http redirect. :-(
So what do you think of this site... its been live only a day!

Perhaps write it from scratch rather than using phpBB?
It's not bad, I'd change the logo though.
The PHPBB adaptation is good.
I don't like the crediting scheme. I wouldn't pay someone to answer my parse error :D
But then again, I have a problem with charging for general technical support for a free language over the Internet.
