Hey ppl,

I've got a small problem with my RH9 installation, when I want to start httpd:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start

I get an error like:

Starting httpd: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 no listning sockets available, shutting down.

What can be the cause of this?

Thanks in advance

when you set it up, did you tell it an ip, and if so which one, you may have to go into the control panel and play around with it

Yeah, looks like you don't even have an IP.

I use a router as dhcp server I can see there are 2 ip's assigned:
192.168.1.100 win9x
192.168.1.101 linux

Also I can ping from 1 machine to the other w/o any problems.
Maybe my linksys router is configured bad, because I can't connect to the Internet,my ISP didn't respond when I asked them..
