Cron Job in cPanel 7

I decided that running a single scheduler srcript every 24 hours is a solution to a number of my application's problems. But, I have no idea how to cron the script in cPanel 7. A screenshot of the cron screen:

The name and of the script I want to run is scheduler.php?password=mypassword

Can anyone help me out? Thanks alot.

Under "Hours," scroll down. You should see numbers. Pick one.

Put the command and your email addresses in the obvious places.

Leave the rest of it alone.
