Perhaps some clarification is in order (originating site vs. third-party vs. session cookies) I usually set the browser to only accept from the originating website. Helps to eliminate lots of those usage-tracking cookies that I don't like. Marketing firms/usage tracking companies don't need to be meddling in my browsing. It's none of their business. Now that is paranioa! LordShryku 09-25-2003, 08:33 PM I'm with goldbug....I have my browser set to "Only From Originating Site" Moonglobe 09-25-2003, 08:50 PM same but i voted no......... Jeb. 09-29-2003, 05:54 AM Only from originating site, but I'm always prompted on whether to accept or not. More often than not, I say "do not accept". Merve 09-29-2003, 07:10 PM I automatically accept for 1st party cookies, and for 3rd party cookies, I am prompted. drawmack 09-29-2003, 09:44 PM not enough options listed. I have third party cookies turned off, because there is not reason for a site I'm not even visiting to set a cookie. I have local cookies turned on, for the most part with some specific sites banned. Then I have a little c++ program that scours my cookies and it a site is abusing cookies as per my rules it turns cookies off for that site in opera. PHP Builder
