since it is impossible for a thread to be off topic in the EL, then a thread in the EL that declares itself off topic is in fact off topic. So this is the first ever off topic thread in the EL.
Another board I go to calls these hiveminds: Just post whatever comes to mind, doesn't even have to make sense.

But surely, since you can never go off-topic in the EL, by posting anything here it is automatically not OT.

This thread is following a quote from one of my favorite movies
We know this, the Chinese know that we know, but we make believe that we don't know, and the Chinese make believe that they believe that we don't know . . . but know we know. Everybody knows.
Anyone know what it is? //no googling, i'm watching

Don't assume you know this one. Because assumption is the mother of all f***ups. Think hard, cuz chance favors the prepared mind. You know who taught me these things? Casey F***ing Ryback!
You think they were trying to come up with cool quotes? I swear this movie is nothing but quotes.

Yeah, some terrorists had the train under siege, too... but I can't for the life of me remember the name of the movie!

Sorry, but I don't find Google good for research. I like Kart00 for research because it helps me narrow down what I need to find, and add or subtract keywords. Google is great for finding stuff fast, but it's not at all useful for research...and don't tell me I don't know how to use Google! In my opinion, a search engine should be as easy to use as possible!

Every Seagal movie? Wow, there are some crappers, and some of them seem to be the same movie, with barely a little twist or story plot change in them.
