what do you all want for christmas, ho ho ho?
no, i'm not santa masquerading as a geek, i'm just a geek with a christmas wishlist, as i suspect many of you are.
is it one of those rear-facing mirrors to stick to your monitor? Or perhaps some o'reilly books? Or a months' entry to playboy.com?

I'm hoping for one of these (http://www.thinkgeek.com/tshirts/frustrations/).
Seriously considering getting my girlfriend this little number (http://www.thinkgeek.com/tshirts/ladies/5981/).
I think I'm getting a digital camera. And I know I'm getting an Axim...
TBH, I have one or two items that I'd like, but normally I'm not bothered what I get.

Well, they say that you should always take your passport when you go north of the watford gap...
It's like a whole new language to me :)

In the spirit of Christmas :-
Piers -
you are hereby granted the ability to go north of the Watford Gap without a passport.
The use of the much coveted universal language translator will also be given to you at this time.
Best Regards,

i'm down in oxford, but i'm heading up to my folks' in lincolnshire tomorrow for a week. It always snows in Oxford when i go home for Christmas.
Having said that, my bro is up in Perth, Scotland - he supposed to be driving down tomorrow, if he isn't snowed in. Git!
