Windows errrrr!!!

anyone know a good page or forum that I can get some help with windoes and internet explorer? Dell can't help me and I can't find the answer in the windows site.

maybe someone here can help

when I try to go to http://localhost in internet explorer 6 I get this error:

The page cannot be displayed

it used to work fine and it still works in netscape, I am runnin IIS on windows XP

if it's a windows error it should go in the windows help forum. but this is not a problem in windows so it should have gone in the general help section.
