How to install the SpreadSheet::ParseExcel

I have been trying to install SpreadSheet::ParseExcel in my system for a long... Every time it is asking for new module which in trun require another module. Can anyone help me out......
How to install the above module successfully....

if you are refering to the Spreadsheet Excel Writer from PEAR, then you need those packages installed :

http://pear.php.net/get/Spreadsheet_Excel_Writer-0.6.tgz
http://pear.php.net/get/OLE-0.5.tgz
