Snmp Problems!!!

Hi, i hjate to be so blunt but here i go. I have a big problem. I am on stage and have designed a site yet i need to incorporate SNMP with it. I need to know how i set this up, how i get the version or set the version and why i keep getting "No response form...". I am running windows XP and using php Apache 1.3 version 4.3.3 of PHP. Any help is greatly appreciated.

No response is usually because of your firewall.

Make sure you have SNMPd running and that your firewall is allowing the connection.

disclaimer: I use snmp on Linux, but not Windows.
