I considered getting a tiny one on my foot... because my hub has one on his arm. But then I chickened out and realized I'm too old anyway.

I got three. No pictures, can take some later if anyone wants, but on my right arm, a German cross (also the logo for Independant Truck Company (http://www.independenttrucks.com/)). Back right calf is a Biohazard logo. My first one was...well..this (http://mng.starport.org/images/psy.png)...

I don't regret any of them. Nor do I think I ever will(that one is 8 years old now). In fact, I want more.....
