Running Fedora Core 2

php version = PHP 4.3.6

attempts to install php-pgsql via:
rpm -i php-pgsql-4.3.6-1.i386.rpm

results in:

error: Failed dependencies:
php = 4.3.6-1 is needed by php-pgsql-4.3.6-1

I do not understand. php is installed and running as I'm able to ask what version it is etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I is dufas maximus.

a run of "rpm -qa | grep php" showed that my installed php was .6-5 not .6-1 (note "php -v" only shows .6), so I mistakenly thought I had the correct rpm already installed. Solution, downloaded the matching php-pgsql and everything worked just peechy. And it only took #4&*#(@ amount of time.
