I've got two boxs (one running Redhat 9.0 the other Win2K if you're interested) and I've just blagged a second monitor from work. What I want is a KVM switch with dual screen support. Even this, relatively simple, request seems beyond the capabilities of ebay and even froogle. I would like it so that I can have it dual screen on one box or one screen showing one box and the other the other box and just be able to switch the keyboard and mouse. Does anyone know of a switch that would be able to handle this; an alternative method for achieving these ends; or an appropriate cuss for a fool with ridiculous wishes?

Thanks

Well the ability to have one screen ALWAYS showing one box or the other is pretty easy, don't plug the monitor into the KVM. Run one monitor to each box, then just run keyboard/mouse through the KVM.

But as to running dual monitors THROUGH a KVM I haven't the slightest :D

They aren't cheap....
I use a single monitor Belkin Soho, and the extra monitor port jacks the cost up about 150 bucks from what I bought mine at.
