[Resolved] PHPBuilder.com displays raw HTML

Whenever I'm viewing a certain thread or responding to a thread, on occasions I will, instead of seeing the page, see raw HTML displayed in my browser.

Env: Red Hat 7.3 with Mozilla Firefox 0.6

That thread has not been either resolved nor even commented since February, so starting another thread as a reminder of an apparently ongoing issue is tantamount.

Sure.. if by February you mean July.

There seems to be a problem with Apache or the webserver serving up PHPBuilder inasmuch as it displays raw content instead of interpreted HTML which now happens with me with IE, Netscape and Mozilla, cross-OS.
