Looking for Project Management System

I'm looking for a good project management system that supports web design projects.

Some features I'm looking for include:

- Limited client access
- Ability for client to upload files
- Multi level permissions
- Run on a web server
- Reminders, Tasks, Notifications, Project Milestones, etc.

Any suggestions?
