PLEASE HELP!!! SP2 creating problems

I recently updated my system with Windows XP service pack 2, now i can not FTP to any of my sites and the file upload forms that i made no longer work. They work from PC's with out the SP2 upgrade, but not from mine. I also can not fill out and submit forms of my computer. Such as this one, i had to go to another computer to do this.

I've heard of others having access issues with SP2. For most it was a windows firewall deal. Disable it or change the settings and see if it works. If not, try devshed forumes, too. There seem to be more systems gurus over there.

So I am not the only one who has this problem. I cant ftp either to my server. I couldnt even access the net. Then used a proxy,
I can access the net, but some how cute ftp does not accept the
internet explorer proxy settings.
My ISP says they havent blocked anything and my host says his
server is doing fine.

May be I should uninstall SP2. :(

I'd try turning off the SP2 firewall for testing.

I haven't had any problems with ws_ftp after SP2
