Did Anabelle just discover the internet? I think she's about 5 years too late...probably more.
I wish some brilliant would write a novel about the feeling I have right now about this post. I'd buy it.

Sorry, Anabelle, if we seem harsh... usually spammy posts are deleted altogether, so you should be glad we didn't erase it. Next time you might try integrating yourself into the community a little better, and post your link in your signature. Then once you have been around awhile, you could perhaps ask for a critique or something like that. But to post with a spam post on your very first post isn't a good idea.
Here's another tip: try having your site actually up and running before advertising that it's available. All you have is a phpbb default forum, with a "coming soon" tagline. Not acceptable if you want people to actually take you seriously and participate.
Signed,
Your friendly neighborhood mod.

And, Bunker, I'm thinking the "(s)" isn't that necessary, but that's just whois(1) talking...

Annabelle, why don't you try to influence people's opinions by showing us the quality of your idea. Your site doesn't even have anything.
I've been following the trends in comics and the like and even have a friend in SF who is about to launch both her own comic and even an online shop that will feature many other artists (some of whom are already very well known). It's an interesting market, but you've shown nothing.
Sorry, Marketing 101 lesson here. It looks like total amateur hour. Something we've seen a billions times before around here with these kinds of spams.
Prove us all wrong...I dare you.
ps: It's very poor business acumen to tease people with the idea of making money. Even in your forum you still do this and it's really immature (plus, doing so here is completely against the rules).
pps: Sorry, but I'm getting really tired of people devaluing design and program to a point where they think they can trick people into doing good work (hopefully) for nothing.
