Anybody know of a good freeware file synching program for Windows.

I had what I thought was a really good scheme going with Briefcase on the laptop where I dragged in the folders from my main computer's shared php directory.

But the problem is sometimes when you go to open a file in Dreamweaver on the laptop it takes about a minute, and when creating a file if you've just browsed into the folder with explorer and left it open it tells you to bog off as the resource is being shared - I can't take any more of it I tells ya.

Cheers,
D

Thanks Sxooter.

I gave unison a whirl and it works a treat.

I did try about 12 other ones today, the 'nicest' of them all being Allway Sync which is freeware and and wazzes over all the commercial ones I also tried.

Coolness, I was wondering if there was anything like rsync that had a Windows port.
