Call to undefined function: xslt_create() - not my server

Hi, i am coming accross this problem in my coding...

Call to undefined function: xslt_create()

Im understanding that i need to install 3 dll's etc, but this is a hosting companies server etc, and dont know either if its possible to add the ability to upgrade the files, or issue a command to enable xslt?
