Helllo,
I've just installed PHP 5,MYSQL(latest one) and Apache 2.0.54, but i cannot run the PHP module.I'm new to this stuff, i've read the installation guidelines and a couple posts in the forum, but couldnt find a solution. I'm trying to run PHP on Windows XP Pro. I hope someone can help me get rid of this problem. Apache and Mysql seem to be working just fine, but when i try to run index.php on my browser(Mozilla Firefox) i get the error that says 404 Not Found.

I did not mean to spam the forum.I just did not know how to upload those files, that's all.

Firstly is the file saved in C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/htdocs?
Did you restart the server?
Did you use http://localhost/path/to/file.php?

Change this
DirectoryIndex index.html index.html.var

to this
DirectoryIndex index.html index.html.var index.php

Restart the server try again then read your error logs, more than likely will shed some more light on the situation.

Did you check the error_logs ? located in the ServerRoot (view httpd.conf) in the logs directory.

Below is a link to my httpd file.

Your Download-Link: link

And this one is Php.ini

link
Is this a new way to spam forum?

Those links you give to 'httpd.conf and php.ini'
Is just plain Advertising for get hosting at that website.

Remove those links, or change them to correct ones!
( I have reported your post to moderators )

Not sure how its advertising its a free upload/download service of course he could have uploaded them (saved as .txt) here, which would have been more appropriate however he didnt.

Also if your considering them spam you havent been here long enough then, this doesnt even compare to somethings which come through here.
