the use account problem.

hello, I try to run apache with a custom system user account to replace the default (localsystem) for security, but I can't boot the apache ? why? who can help me ?

the platfrom is WINDOWS 2003
and the apache version is apache 1.3.33
the PHP version is PHP 4.3.11

Apache usually issues an error why not always in the Alert that popups saying it wont work. Check your error_logs to check, more than likely the user you are trying to use doesnt have the right permissions.
