Can I post a barter proposal?

I checked out the FAQ, like a good newbie, and saw that I couldn't post jobs, but what about a barter? I'll spill the details if it's cool. In a nutshell, I'm looking for some back-end help on some projects and in return I will provide quality front-end design work.

Someone before did something like Im pretty sure the mods edited it, of course a quick PM or something to contact a Mod would probably help but probably posting the barter elsewhere.
