Job and Employment Tracking system

i have seen sites like naukri.com where ppl register for free, post theri resumes and look for job. And then the companies requiring employers an come to the site search for users and then call them for interview.

I have done some google on such type of portals and have found many (most are commercial version). Among them http://www.softbizscripts.com/jobs-recruitment-script.php is a good one but its not free.

Anyone knows of a good opensouce solution.

I recommend building your own or paying a coder here to create one for you. I don't believe you will ever be able to find a supperb job system without having it specially designed for what you would like.

It's like trying to buy a copy of Ebay for $100.00 it's just not going to even come close to the competition.

The only ones I know of are phpMyJobs (http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpmyjobs) and RESM (in Java iirc) (http://sourceforge.net/projects/resm) but I have no personal experience with either, so I can't attest to their functionality or reliability.
