I think that Clippy needs his/her very own thread.

Clippy visited me today and told me that he's very said y'all did not praise him. Not a single one of you. Y'all should be very much ashamed of yourselves.

Clippy claims he might go on strike and stop providing y'all with expert help and useful tips.

I can't believe you guys...I really can't...

I praised him the other day, honest I did.
Here - I've even got a link (http://www.phpbuilder.com/board/showpost.php?p=10666536&postcount=6) to prove it.

That's seriously pretty funny. Saved the gif to pass around.

Clippy is funny guy. Y'all should worship now. I'm baffled by this dissent.

Heh, that should be a loadable module for vi that you can annoy users with.

OMFG csn, I wouldn't be at all surprised if someone did it now.

I remember back in the day, there was this guy who made silly animations on it, and one of them was an animation of a "demo" given at a user's group meeting. It had a window with A icon (a big letter A for an icon) and a new application. There these series of applications called virus-x, screen-x etc... written by the same bloke. virus-x was a pretty good anti-virus program, and screen-x would let you run multiple desktops (we're talking 1989 or so here, long time ago).

One of the "fake" applications in this animation was one called "keyboard-x" that randomly remapped all the keys on your keyboard every 30 seconds.

You can guess what the author of virus-x and screen-x wrote a few weeks later...

That'd surely put one on the road to madness!

Hey, where's the feature request form for mysql? They might actually implement the Clippy idea. ;)
