Posting a Job?

Hello, I didn't want to just go ahead and post a job in here and break some rules so I thought I would ask the experts where a good place to Post a PHP/MySQL job would be? I've tried going through the people list however it's quite long for Canada and it's a little hard to pick out who is qualified, still interested and in Toronto.

I fear I may have just posted part of our requirements and I don't want to upset anyone as I found our last freelancer through PHP Builder however he has moved. Thanks in advance for any help.
