Multiple Choice Quiz System

Im looking for a free PHP based system, which will allow me to create multiple choice quizes that can log users and their results easily and quickly.

I have searched the internet a fair bit, but haven't found much along these lines.

Can anyone help me out??

There are quite a few on Hotscripts (http://www.hotscripts.com). i just typed in "quiz" into the search box and selected "PHP" from the dropdown
