Nothing happens!

Hi all,

Ive just installed PHP onto my machine (Windows XP Pro) and set up a very basic php file ("phpinfo()"), but when I open this file in Internet Explorer it comes up with a blank page!

Ive spent the best part of 3 hours trying to get the thing to work and am now very very close to drop kicking the damn PC!

Please help!!

did you install install a server? how are you trying to access this file? vie http://localhost/phpinfo.php in the address bar?
