Is PHP5 out of beta and now an official production release? I can do pig ignorant :D

It is easier to go to php.net than it is to post.

PHP5.1 and it appears to be a nice release :)

php5 has been stable since 5.0.0, released 13th Jul, 2004.

I confirm! I'm already using it within a production environment on

- Suse 9 Enterprise Server & RHEL 3
- Solaris 8, 9 and 10
- Win 2003 Server
- AIX 5.2
- HP-UX ia64 (a little bit buggy but is it php or hp??) :)

I've run through heavy load tests successfully :)
