I'd wholly reccomend the manual as well, but it's chapter eighteen and nineteen, not nine and ten.

No 9 and 10, but I do use the ofline chm version.

Online they're chapters 18 and 19 (the ninth and tenth chapters under volume III). Also Chapter 76 (the thirteenth chapter of volume IX) and Appendix B (the second chapter of volume X).
